The Samsung Galaxy surpassed Apple's iPhone in a survey of American satisfaction

SMARTPHONES - A sign that Apple is losing ground. In the United States, the iPhone has been dethroned by Samsung in its place the most satisfying smartphone.
A study by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) shows that two Samsung phones, the Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II(cover case for samsung galaxy note 2), are the most sought after by consumers.
Both figures 84 points out of 100, while the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S up behind with 82 points. The 5th place is an Apple product, as is the iPhone 4 with 81 points. The first BlackBerry was only ninth place with 67 points. Note that the study was conducted before the release of Samsung Galaxy S4.
The last year again, the same study placed the iPhone top ranking with a score of 83 points, well ahead of Samsung (71 points) and BlackBerry (69 points).
A prolific 2012 years for Samsung(samsung android screen protector)
4112 U.S. phone owners were interviewed for this study. Were asked to rate their phone for a variety of criteria. The quality of the product on the one hand for comfort appeal, easy to send and receive messages, battery life, etc.. But consumers were also surveyed on their personal feelings. He answered their phone to their expectations? In what capacity he is overall? Is it worth the price? They stay loyal to a brand?
In the eyes of American consumers, Samsung(Samsung Galaxy Case) has become the hallmark of the most profitable smartphone. This result is not so surprising, since 2012, the South Korean company has sold 213 million smartphones, against 135.8 million for Apple.
For the Apple brand, the year 2012 has indeed not been easy. Its share price has dropped from $ 700 in October to $ 450 currently. If Apple has mastered the art of suspense and rumors about its upcoming products, last offers of the company have not always met the expectations of consumers. The expected release in September of iPhone 5S may change the situation ...
